Who we are
Priv8-VFE Concierge Services is operated under the trading name Priv8-VFE Concierge, Niagara Region, Ontario. We are responsible for the personal information described here.
What we collect, and why
When you request a booking we collect:
- a name or alias, so we know who we are talking to;
- how you want us to reply, and the number, email or username for it, so we can reply;
- the service, date, time and area, and what you tell us you need, so we can arrange it.
If you go ahead, we also keep what was agreed, the price and the payment, because the law requires business records. We do not ask for your street address until we need it for a booking.
This website itself uses no cookies, no trackers and no analytics. Our web host keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run the site securely.
Where it goes
- Your booking request goes straight to a server in Toronto, Canada, controlled by the business. It is not sent to any booking platform or third party.
- If you book through our Telegram bot, the bot only opens this same form. Telegram knows you used the bot, but your request does not go through Telegram.
- If you ask us to reply by Signal, text, phone, email or Telegram, that conversation goes through the service you chose, under its own privacy policy.
- The person who maintains our systems, and the AI service they use to do it, may see booking information while fixing or improving them. They may use it only for that.
We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. We disclose it only where the law requires.
How long we keep it
Booking requests: deleted automatically 72 hours after they arrive, unless they become a booking. Records of completed bookings and payments are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. Ask the same way you booked. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
